Alison is the most amazing pastry chef and now sharing her recipes with everyone in this extremely comprehensive baking book. After shooting this book Adrian was considerably heavier but then he shot the Food Lover’s Diet cookbook and lost it all!

Adrian shot the cover and inserts on Guy Grossi’s My Italian Heart book to give it a bit of an update. All the other food shots are also Adrian’s and if your into good hearty Italian fare, it’s one for the collection.

As promised, here are a few more images from ‘The Entire Beast’. Again, there is a warning for vegetarians to divert their eyes.

Adrian worked on this book at the end of last year and finally it has been released. The photography is beautiful, if not a little dark and disturbing. Note to vegetarians – it’s definitely not for you. The author is Chris Badenoch – one of the contestants in the first Master Chef Australia who is particularly partial to beers and ears.

If you are planning a very fashionable food fest then this is a great book for ideas. Of course I don’t think we will ever be as glam as the people in this book but I can’t speak for everyone…Adrian shot  many of the food shots in this book, all in studio to mimic the fashion location shots.

This image was taken on an AGL helicopter rescue shoot in Queensland. Adrian took the opportunity when he saw this amazing tree scape and it has been selected for the Communication Arts Photography Annual 2010.

Adrian shot the cover and the incidental shots in Gary’s new cookbook. This is Adrian’s second master chef contestant/judge cook book, with Chris Badenoch’s book due out at the end of the year.

As I mentioned in a previous Blog , Adrian shot for Hayman Island Resort and the resort has won the Luxury Travel Awards for Best Australian Resort – so cover photo by Adrian Lander. We have also just come back from there – had a fantastic holiday!
