Sydney Dogs and Cats Home Charity Auction

flying-alkingbruiserFor those of you that love dogs and cats and fancy adopting one or a bit of art on the wall this could be for you. M&C Saatchi created a campaign for the Sydney Dogs and Cats Home and the campaign involves 21 Australian photographers shooting 63 animals in need of a good home and then the shots form an outdoor art gallery on Adshel bus shelters across Sydney from May 23.

The ‘Limited Edition’ exhibition features prints which are signed and numbered by the photographer. The exhibition will be able to be viewed from May 23 on the SD&CH website where you will be able to bid for a print, adopt the animal in it, or make a donation to the SD&CH.

As part of the 2009 State of Design Festival in Victoria, Adrian is having an exhibition call UK Overgrown which will be showing at Panelpop Gallery from the 17th to the 25th July.

Address: 117 Brunswick Street Fitzroy.

Check out Panelpops website www.panelpop.com – their framing and printing process aims to be as environmentally friendly as possible, using 100% recycled wood, reused polystyrene directly from manufacturing waste and gypsum based cement and industrial by-products which they are striving to remove all carbon inputs from the stone mixture.

Our sponsors are Banrock Station who are also doing great things for the environment by  supporting global conservation projects.
