The 2011 De Bortoli Calendar which Adrian has shot for the last few years is out now! This one looks quite different to the past calendars and maybe the best yet. Here is the cover and a sneak preview of the December 2010 recipe.

These were done for the lead up to the AFL grand final. Some nice serving suggestions for fanatical footie fans.
Adrian worked on this book at the end of last year and finally it has been released. The photography is beautiful, if not a little dark and disturbing. Note to vegetarians – it’s definitely not for you. The author is Chris Badenoch – one of the contestants in the first Master Chef Australia who is particularly partial to beers and ears.
Check out the food flags Adrian shot for the Sydney Morning Herald Food Festival – this one is his favourite. Giant scone with jam and cream anyone.

If you are planning a very fashionable food fest then this is a great book for ideas. Of course I don’t think we will ever be as glam as the people in this book but I can’t speak for everyone…Adrian shot many of the food shots in this book, all in studio to mimic the fashion location shots.
This image was taken on an AGL helicopter rescue shoot in Queensland. Adrian took the opportunity when he saw this amazing tree scape and it has been selected for the Communication Arts Photography Annual 2010.

This was Jake at BMFs great idea and Adrian shot the Solo lucky undies for the billboards that are appearing around town. Check out the website as well – the video is hilarious. www.sololuckyundies.com.au
Great brief for Adrian – he loves to experiment. They were going to do the Crown Casino Logo in 3D but after some serious water play Adrian managed to shoot the splashes and no 3D required.
