Alison is the most amazing pastry chef and now sharing her recipes with everyone in this extremely comprehensive baking book. After shooting this book Adrian was considerably heavier but then he shot the Food Lover’s Diet cookbook and lost it all!
Adrian shot the cover and inserts on Guy Grossi’s My Italian Heart book to give it a bit of an update. All the other food shots are also Adrian’s and if your into good hearty Italian fare, it’s one for the collection.
Adrian couldn’t sleep after watching ‘Exit through the gift shop’ and was inspired by the movie to go out at 2am and take a few pics. Armed with his camera, torch and wearing his hoodie this is what he came up with.
Dine with Luke Mangan at Glass Brasserie and enjoy a 6-course Japanese inspired degustation including wine and Kirin with proceeds going to relief efforts in Japan. Adrian has donated a framed print to be auctioned on the night.
