Adrian was approached by Wine Australia to supply images for their UK Wine Australia Annual Trade Tasting at the Saatchi Gallery in London. They chose 12 images and they were printed onto large canvas’ for the event. A great opportunity for  Adrian and hopefully appreciated by the tasters too!

Just before Christmas Adrian shot Hayman Island resort to update their image library – hard for some! Apparently they worked 12 hour days and it was really exhausting with no time to enjoy…

Chris from Master Chef upcoming cook book with recipes of his speciality – ‘offal’ -  Love it or Hate it. The images are amazing and it will be released by Penguin later this year.

Well, seems Christmas is coming as the books are flowing in thick and fast. This one looks amazing. Food and wine being one of Adrian’s passions made it a truly fulfilling project to do. Adrian was able to go to all the wineries (except WA) and shoot the location shots and then all the food was shot in his Melbourne studio with the extremely talented stylist Fiona Hammond. I think you need to be a bit of a master chef to cook some of the recipes but it will make your mouth water just looking – who needs to eat it!

Adrian shot this cook book by Rachel Grisewood last November for Allen and Unwin. It is due out on November 1st 2009, so here is a sneak preview. It’s very bright and fun and of course everyone fell in love with the cat Penelope.

Bushfire awareness campaign for  the NSW Fire Brigade. This was a 303 Art Director Derrick Kim idea and Adrian collaborated with retoucher Graham from Cream to get an amazing result. Adrian has worked on the last three De Bortoli Calendars and the 2010 one is looking as delicious as the others.
